Refresh Day Spa has been open since 2005 & changed ownership in 2012, to the longtime manager Kari. She has been with Refresh since day one, kept all of the experienced & loyal staff, & puts customer satisfaction as her number one priority! Combined with over 20 years of industry experience, Kari has made it her mission to differentiate Refresh with its culture, atmosphere & total customer experience.
Her mission is to develop staff to be the best in the industry; this is evident is her dedication to staff continuing education, training and providing quality tools and equipment necessary to perform at a high-level in this industry.
Despite her truly never being “off the clock”, outside of Refresh she is a busy mom to two beautiful children, avid reader and coordinator of many family events and activities.
